Mediation snipLes can provide informal mediation privately for a range of dispute situations involving parents. Often this involves one to one work with each parent. Neutrality is guaranteed and all work is in the strictest confidence. Informal agreements reached can be taken to lawyers for final ratification by the Family Court where appropriate. By far the best process however, is to engage mediation before the Family Court and several formal services exist which may be accessed. Family Heart however, provides an informal service tailored to the individual issues between each party, aiming to support parentsĀ  to make good decisions for all family members.
